Katrin Bernreiter

As a navigation companion through complex contexts, Katrin supports people and organizations undergoing change in (re)gaining orientation and clarity — at a glance and with clear focus.

Her motto when hosting workshops: The more engaging a discussion, the greater the risk of getting lost in it — which is why good meetings also need good facilitation: clear structure, conscious guidance, and visualization that makes connections visible.

A key focus of her work is supporting and training people who design and facilitate meetings and group processes. She works with teams, (large) groups, and organizations, combining facilitation, training, and visual process support into sustainably effective formats. Her background in the agile world and her creative mind bring together the best of business and creativity.
